I ordered from candymachines.com and, from my experience, everything went smoothly. The machine arrived in good shape and worked the way I was hoping it would. Shipping seemed fine too, though I can’t really speak to every part of the process behind the scenes. So far, no major issues, and if I end up needing another machine or replacement parts later, I’d probably order from them again...

I ended up having to return a candy machine part because, totally my mistake, I ordered the wrong size. The return process was straightforward though, like I wasn’t sitting there confused trying to figure out what to do, and they got back to me within a day, which I appreciated. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I had to pay for the return shipping myself, and yeah, that was a little annoying. But the refund went through without any problems, so not a huge deal in the end.

They did end up fixing it, which I appreciate. I don’t know why it took them a while to reply, but once they got back to me, the issue was taken care of.

Got this candy machine for our shop and it’s been solid so far. Ordering was easy, shipping was about normal, and it looks nice in the corner. No complaints.

I’m really happy with how this machine looks on my counter. The colors are nice and it kind of makes the kitchen feel a little more put together, which is funny because the rest of my counter is usually covered in mail, keys, and random stuff I swear I’m going to organize someday. It is slightly bigger than I expected, so keep that in mind if you’re short on space, but overall it looks good and I’m pleased with it.

I did reach out and support was polite, basically saying something like, “take another look at the diagram and make sure the pieces are facing the right way,” which helped a little but didn’t make the whole thing feel simple. I eventually got it working, but it took way longer than I thought it would. Maybe someone handier would be fine with it, but for me the assembly was definitely a hassle.

Most of the stuff I was looking for was actually in stock, which was nice. One color I wanted was missing, but it wasn’t really a big deal. The ordering process was easy enough, and I’d probably check them again next time I need something.
